Searching for "Black Cesar"
Posted: Sun Oct 12, 2008 3:00 pmI know this is a stretch but I am looking for a guy who used to hang out on the other side of the bridge on Garfield St named Cesar. He was my husband Joey Cottiers' best friend. I'm having a 50th birthday party for my husband next month and I would love to find Cesar. I believe his real name was Jimmy Nelson. If anybody has any idea of who I'm talking about please let me know if you have any information. Thanks
