Truck was one BIG dude I remember. He was actually a really nice guy but I know he watched a few people's backs in his time. I only wish I knew his real name. My last memory of him was seeing him in the PS102 courtyard where he was a teacher (circa 1974?).

Joe...the "TRUCK" I remember wasn't a teacher...

Johnny "TRUCK" Truglio hung out in PS102 playing lots of stickball and lived on White Plains Road right next door to the Carolans... his brother Frank is a member of STAGES the world famous band who performed at St. Anthony's 100th...<:~)

I should clarify. He had just become a teacher back then. So could it be the same person?

Joe...

I could be wrong but, I'm pretty sure Johnny "TRUCK" Truglio was never a teacher...

Maybe it's a different person who was a teacher nicknamed "TRUCK"...<:~)

Willie Wilright was nicknamed "wee jordy"...."Lumpy" was Bobby Stieninger....These names were from the late '50's early '60's.
